Claiming your provider page on AntBeacon

Introduce yourself, explain what you offer and meet the people using your service.

By Ant007 · Community contribution

Behind every provider is someone keeping things running. Your AntBeacon page is a place for users to discover what you offer—and for you to join the conversation.

Claiming it lets you put your own introduction alongside the listing, give people somewhere to find you and respond to their experiences.

Find your provider page

Open Providers and search for your name, address or a model you offer. Open your listing and choose the option to claim it. You’ll need to sign into AntBeacon to submit your request. (antbeacon.com)

Send a claim request

The request form asks for:

- Private Telegram contact — so we can get in touch.
- Message to the Queen — tell us which provider you operate and anything helpful for confirming that it belongs to you.

Claims are checked manually before control is granted. Your supplied contact details and claim message are for that review, not your public introduction.

You can follow the request’s status in My Account.

Make the page yours

Once approved, your provider profile controls appear in My Account. You can add or update:

- Name — the name people should recognise you by.
- Description — a few words about you and what you provide.
- Website — a link to your own site.
- Support link — somewhere users can reach you for help.

You don’t need a sales pitch. A useful introduction might explain what you specialise in, who your offering is suited to and anything a new user should know before getting started.

A little personality is welcome too. You’re meeting people, not filling a billboard.

Answer your reviews

Yes, you can respond to reviews on your provider page.

While signed in with the account that has approved control, open your page and use the provider reply form beneath the relevant review. Your response appears as a Provider reply, identified with your provider name.

It’s an opportunity to thank someone, explain something they encountered or let them know a problem has been addressed. You can also update your reply when there’s more to say.

The user’s review remains their account of the experience; your reply gives you a voice alongside it.

Give people somewhere to find you

Once your page is ready, share its address with your users. They can read your introduction, follow your links and see other people’s experiences in one place.

You can also contribute a guide explaining how to get the most from what you provide. Practical help gives people something useful to try—and a reason to come back.

A starting point, not the finished article

AntBeacon is still growing. Provider pages give us somewhere to start: an introduction, useful links and a conversation between providers and their users.

We intend to develop the functionality over time, informed by what people actually need. If something would help you support your users or explain your offering better, tell us.

Claim your page, say hello and help shape what comes next.
